About The Position
Tressler is seeking an Employment/Litigation attorney to join its Irvine, California office as an Associate. The Employment/Litigation Group handles complex insurance claims analysis and represents clients in high-stakes litigation. The candidate does not need to have a book of business. The position is hybrid. The Associate will oversee complex employment and litigation matters, manage cases from intake through settlement or trial, develop litigation strategies and budgets, conduct and defend depositions, argue dispositive motions, advise clients on business, professional liability, and employment disputes, and negotiate and draft settlement agreements. The role also assists with marketing and business development to support firm growth and strengthen client relationships. Requirements
- Active California bar license.
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
- Five years of litigation experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional writing, organizational, and advocacy skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex employment and litigation matters and manage multiple cases from intake through settlement or trial.
