About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and capable Employment Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is looking to gain meaningful hands-on experience, manage a steady caseload, and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced litigation environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of litigation experience
- Strong working knowledge of California civil procedure and employment law

- Trial or second-chair experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with sound judgment
- Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative

Responsibilities
- Drafting pleadings, mediation briefs, demand letters, and managing written discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Handling law and motion practice
- Participating in mediations
- Assisting with trial preparation and strategy
