About The Position

Located in Morris County, New Jersey, our client, a highly respected law firm with a strong Labor & Employment practice, is seeking an experienced Employment Law Associate to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an Employment Attorney seeking a balanced practice with meaningful client counseling responsibilities, hands-on litigation experience, and the opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of accomplished attorneys.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of employment law experience, including both employer counseling and litigation.
• Experience advising employers on employment law compliance, workplace policies, and risk management strategies.
• The ability to independently manage employment litigation matters.
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (required).
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues.

Nice To Haves

• Admission to the New York and/or Pennsylvania Bar is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Counsel employers on a wide range of employment law matters.
• Provide proactive compliance and risk management guidance.
• Independently manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution.
