The Employment Case Manager & Job Developer role supports eligible clients in achieving sustainable employment through individualized planning, career coaching, job search assistance, and labor market guidance. This position involves comprehensive case management, client needs assessment, action plan development, and connecting clients with resources. A key aspect of the role is job development, which includes building employer relationships, promoting clients, identifying opportunities, and supporting job placements. Collaboration with employers, community partners, and service providers is essential for high-quality service delivery and positive client outcomes.
