The Employee Support Career Coach Coordinator (ESCCC) will provide individualized support to program participants through all phases of the program including on the job coaching and meeting with employers to set participant goals and mediate work and personal challenges by: Connecting employees to services and jobs that will increase employee’s productivity and success in the workplace.
