About The Position

Veeva Systems is seeking a hands-on Employee Success (HR) Associate to support business units across its North America teams throughout the employee lifecycle. As part of the global Employee Success team, this role delivers essential HR processes and services and takes on advanced responsibilities supporting strategic HR initiatives. The position supports employees and HR Business Partners, maintains HR information system data quality, and improves HR service delivery. Veeva is a Work Anywhere company that supports working from home or in an office.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.
0–2 years of professional experience.
Strong attention to detail and verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with HR tools and systems, such as Workday and Lever.
Ability to collaborate successfully with diverse stakeholders.
Can-do mentality and ability to achieve results within a defined time frame.
Ambition for professional growth and development.

Responsibilities

Ensure operational excellence across the employee lifecycle, including preparing contracts, reference letters, employee changes, off-boarding materials, and related documentation.
Provide first-line support for employees within designated business groups.
Provide operational support across core Employee Success processes and programs.
Support onboarding activities for new hires.
Partner with Employee Success (HR) Business Partners to implement projects and initiatives successfully.
Take ownership of HRIS data quality and align with global HR operational processes as needed.
Lead and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
