The TELUS Business Customer Experience (BCX) team is seeking an Employee Services Administrator III-TES to join their Employer Solutions team. This team provides technology Human Resource solutions to Commercial & Public Sector organizations across Canada, including payroll, performance management, business process outsourcing, and Customer Relationship Management solutions. The Employee Services Administrator will provide administrative support and advice to internal and external clients on human resource, pension, benefits, and payroll plans. They will be responsible for verifying, processing, inputting, and maintaining plans within their specialty area, ensuring adherence to established time and quality standards, client policies, and legislative requirements. This role also involves training and mentoring team members, acting as a subject matter expert, and participating in special projects.
