Employee Relations Partner

About The Position

Blink Health is scaling a large hourly Operations workforce across fulfillment, pharmacy, and patient support functions. The Employee Relations Partner is a dedicated specialist who owns the day-to-day employee relations work for this population, partnering closely with the Sr. HRBP, Operations leaders, and Employment Counsel to resolve issues fairly, consistently, and in line with legal requirements. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable owning complex cases end to end, coaching frontline managers, and operating with strong judgment in a fast-moving, multi-site environment. You will help build and strengthen the employee relations infrastructure as the organization grows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on employee relations or investigations.
  • Direct experience supporting an hourly workforce, ideally in a multi-site or operations-heavy environment.
  • Demonstrated experience conducting workplace investigations and managing complex employee relations cases independently.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment law, including ADA, FMLA, PWFA, and Title VII.
  • Strong, defensible documentation skills and sound judgment about when to escalate.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion, neutrality, and professionalism.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to stay calm and objective in high-stakes situations.
  • Clear written and verbal communication, including difficult conversations.
  • Comfort operating with ambiguity and building processes where little exists.
  • Strong organization and the ability to manage a high volume of concurrent matters.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a high-growth, healthcare, pharmacy, fulfillment, or contact center environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct timely, thorough, and well-documented workplace investigations into concerns such as misconduct, harassment, policy violations, and interpersonal conflict.
  • Manage cases end to end in HR Acuity, maintaining consistent naming conventions, clean documentation, and accurate case records.
  • Partner with HRBPs and employment counsel on sensitive or higher-risk matters before action is taken, and escalate appropriately.
  • Identify and flag legal exposure (ADA, FMLA, PWFA, and related areas) before action is taken.
  • Prepare investigation summaries, findings, and recommended outcomes that are defensible and consistently applied.
  • Track case trends and surface insights to the Senior HRBP to inform proactive interventions and policy updates.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to frontline and operations managers, building their capability to handle routine employee relations matters independently.
  • Provide clear, practical guidance grounded in policy and law, and translate complex requirements into actionable steps.
  • Advise managers on progressive discipline, performance concerns, and policy administration.
  • Draft and review corrective action documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and risk review where appropriate.
  • Support managers through terminations, or lead and manage the separation process directly, including documentation and the termination conversation.
