The Employee Relations Partner will support programs to promote employee engagement, morale, and a positive workplace culture. This role involves providing confidential counseling and support to employees on work-related issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, harassment, and discrimination. The partner will collaborate with managers and HR partners to develop, document, and follow up on corrective action plans to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. They will also mediate and facilitate the resolution of conflicts, investigate allegations of misconduct, and maintain confidential documentation of employee relations issues and investigations.
