About The Position

The Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) provides consulting and direction on employee relations matters to managers, leaders, and employees within Apple’s Retail and AppleCare organization. The role supports legal compliance and consistent, objective, and fair adherence to Apple policies in a way that fosters the Credo, through deep partnership with Centers of Excellence (COEs).

Requirements

• 7–12+ years of HR experience in employee relations.
• Deep expertise in conducting investigations and skill in investigation documentation.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Experience balancing multiple priorities, stakeholders, and work streams across markets.
• Ability to travel 20–30%.
