Requirements

• Must be a current College student during Spring 2027.
• College/University must be located in the Binghamton, NY or Saddle Brook, NJ or surrounding areas.
• Students pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Analytical, collaborative, and interested in how organizations support employee success.

Responsibilities

• Assist with projects and process improvements that support employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
• Review documentation and help identify areas where processes can be clearer, more consistent, or easier to follow.
• Support vendor testing by helping gather feedback, document findings, and track follow-up items.
• Provide project management support, including organizing project details, documenting next steps, and helping monitor progress.
• Collaborate with internal partners to support initiatives that improve employee tools, workflows, or resources.
