About The Position

Join our People & Culture team as an Employee Experience Intern and contribute to programs that help employees feel connected, supported, and valued. Working alongside the Employee Experience Team, you will gain hands-on experience in event planning, employee engagement, employee resource groups (ERGs), and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.

Requirements

Must be a current College student during Spring 2027.
College/University must be located in the Binghamton, NY or surrounding areas.
A current college student pursuing human resources, business, communications, organizational development, social justice, or a related field.
An organized, dependable contributor who can manage details and meet deadlines.
A curious researcher and clear communicator who is comfortable creating written content.
A collaborative learner who brings empathy, professionalism, and respect for different perspectives.
Someone interested in employee engagement, workplace culture, and inclusive practices.

Responsibilities

Support planning and preparation for 2027 employee events.
Research best practices and help develop practical applications for employee resource groups.
Research DEIB-related observances and topics, then create clear and engaging monthly highlights.
Assist with communications, project coordination, and other Employee Experience initiatives.
Collaborate with team members, share ideas, and help keep projects organized and on schedule.
