About The Position
This internship offers hands-on exposure to day-to-day branch processes, operational support, and projects that help improve efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate is a current college student pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, who is organized, curious, detail-oriented, and interested in how operational teams support customers, members, and internal partners. A successful intern will contribute to meaningful process improvements, communicate clearly with branch and project partners, and help create organized, accurate documentation that supports stronger operational consistency.
Requirements
- Must be a current College student during Spring 2027.
- College/University must be located in the Binghamton, NY or Saddle Brook, NJ or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities
- Support branch operations through research, documentation, and process review.
- Assist with projects and process improvements that impact branch teams and the broader organization.
- Review operational documentation and identify opportunities for clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
- Participate in vendor testing and provide feedback on tools, workflows, or process updates.
- Provide project management support by tracking next steps, organizing information, and helping teams stay on schedule.
Benefits
- Compensation: $17.30 per hour
