About The Position

The Employee Operations Specialist will be responsible for owning and executing core HR operations within a fast-paced, high-growth manufacturing environment. This role is crucial for ensuring a seamless employee experience and maintaining strong compliance across all HR processes. The specialist will work directly with the HR Director and serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding onboarding, benefits, compliance, and general HR operations. This is a high-impact position offering significant ownership and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent, or combination of education & experience
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR operations, HR support, or related role
  • Working knowledge of HR processes (benefits, onboarding, compliance)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Experience in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to HR compliance (I-9, leave administration, audits)
  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Familiarity with payroll processes
