Employee Health Nurse (RN/LVN) Registered Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse
About The Position
The Employee Health Nurse (RN/LVN) will plan, develop, implement, and evaluate activities related to the Employee Health Program (EHP) to provide high-quality and cost-effective employee health and wellness services to volunteers, employees, and physicians. This role is responsible for coordinating the EHP, including the Workers' Compensation Program, in accordance with Community Medical Center, local, state, and federal regulations and recommendations. The position is full-time, 1.0 FTE, with 8-hour shifts, starting at 0730, and operates Monday-Friday within the Employee Health unit.
Requirements
- Current state RN license or LPN license
- Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS for Healthcare Provider within three (3) months of hire
- Three (3) years Medical/Surgical, Emergency Department, ICU, and/or Public Health experience
- Familiarity with regulations/accrediting agencies in Employee Health, Worker’s Compensation, and Safety (OSHA, NIOSH, MT Safety Culture Act, FMLA/ADA reasonable accommodations).

- Five (5) years Medical/Surgical, Emergency Department, ICU, and/or Public Health experience
