Employee Health Nurse (RN/LVN) Registered Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse
About The Position
The Employee Health Nurse (RN/LVN) is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating activities related to the Employee Health Program (EHP) to provide high-quality, cost-effective employee health and wellness services to volunteers, employees, and physicians. This role coordinates the EHP, including the Workers' Compensation Program, in accordance with Community Medical Center, local, state, and federal regulations and recommendations. The nurse will utilize specialized plan-of-care interventions and serve as a patient-care innovator, shaping exceptional patient journeys and leveraging skills and technology to impact patient wellbeing.
Requirements
- Current state RN license or LPN license
- Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
- BLS for Healthcare Provider within three (3) months of hire
- Three (3) years Medical/Surgical, Emergency Department, ICU, and/or Public Health experience
- Familiarity with regulations/accrediting agencies in Employee Health, Worker’s Compensation, and Safety (OSHA, NIOSH, MT Safety Culture Act, FMLA/ADA reasonable accommodations).

- Five (5) years Medical/Surgical, Emergency Department, ICU, and/or Public Health experience
