About The Position

Plan, develop, implement and evaluate activities relating to the EHP to provide high quality and cost-effective employee health and wellness services to volunteers, employees and physicians. Responsible for coordinating Employee Health Program (EHP) including Workers’ Compensation Program in accordance with Community Medical Center, local, state, and federal regulations and recommendations. Requirements

  • Current state RN license or LPN license
  • Associate’s degree from an accredited nursing school
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider within three (3) months of hire
  • Three (3) years Medical/Surgical, Emergency Department, ICU, and/or Public Health experience
  • Familiarity with regulations/accrediting agencies in Employee Health, Worker’s Compensation, and Safety (OSHA, NIOSH, MT Safety Culture Act, FMLA/ADA reasonable accommodations).

Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) years Medical/Surgical, Emergency Department, ICU, and/or Public Health experience
