About The Position

As an Employee Health & Benefits Consultant at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will drive growth and build lasting client relationships by delivering comprehensive group benefits solutions to businesses. The role involves prospecting and developing new business opportunities, managing and retaining existing client accounts, conducting benefit plan presentations and enrollments, and advising clients on employee benefits programs. You will work closely with internal account management teams and carrier partners to provide tailored insurance recommendations, deliver exceptional client service, maintain accurate documentation, and stay current on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements. Strong relationship-building, sales, communication, and consultative problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

• Active Accident, Health, and Life insurance licenses.
• Previous group benefits insurance sales experience.
• Strong knowledge of group benefits products, services, and insurance markets.
• Proven sales, prospecting, and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving performance goals.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a collaborative team.
