Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Employee Health & Benefits Client Service Representative to provide technical and service support to Account Managers. This role involves supporting new clients, assisting during the renewal process, and handling daily client service functions. The representative will also be responsible for timely enrollment and terminations for employees of current clients, initiating and communicating business process improvement strategies with alternative solutions, preparing benefit guides, and reviewing Employee Navigator for enrollment data. The position requires taking the initiative to gain proficiency with new tools and technology as they become available.
