About The Position

Fireworks is seeking an Employee Experience Partner to create memorable employee experiences and help define the company’s culture across a globally distributed team. The role owns employee recognition, swag, and employee-facing events, designing initiatives that help employees feel connected and aligned with Fireworks’ culture.

The Employee Experience Partner develops ideas and carries them through planning, sourcing, and execution. They collaborate with People Operations, the workplace team, and leaders across the company to deliver engaging experiences and strengthen Fireworks as a place to work.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of highly relevant experience in employee experience, culture, events, or people programs.
• Proven experience translating culture and values into tangible experiences.
• Strong execution skills, including hands-on work with vendors, budgets, logistics, and follow-through.
• Creativity and experience with swag and gifting, including sourcing, vendors, and design.
• Comfort working with recognition or HR platforms and iterating on programs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across workplace, People Operations, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Run the recognition program on the company’s recognition platform, ensure a seamless award experience for employees and managers, and improve the program based on feedback and results.
• Own employee-facing swag, including new hire kits, recruiting swag, recognition awards, anniversary gifts, and special event items.
• Develop creative swag ideas and manage sourcing and vendors.
• Plan and run employee events of varying sizes, from local team celebrations to company-wide holiday parties and anniversary celebrations, in partnership with the workplace team.
• Ensure events engage remote and global employees as they join and continue working with the company.
• Build tools and resources that help leaders and managers host effective team-building events for their teams.
