About The Position

The Employee Experience Manager leads the Firm’s employee experience and engagement strategy, including internal survey design, external survey participation and benchmarking, and recognition programs. This position works closely with HR, Marketing, Talent Acquisition, and Firm leadership to deliver insights and programs that support employee engagement, strengthen the employee experience, and promote ongoing feedback across the firm. This position ensures that survey results and engagement insights guide the Firm’s employee experience goals and programming. The Employee Experience Manager works under minimal supervision and relies on significant experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least seven (7) years of related work experience
  • Experience designing and analyzing employee surveys
  • Experience managing complex projects and coordinating across multiple stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute internal employee engagement surveys, including annual, pulse, and ad hoc surveys
  • Develop survey frameworks, methodologies, and segmentation approaches aligned with firm priorities
  • Analyze survey data and translate results into actionable insights and leadership-ready reporting
  • Coordinate and manage the firm’s participation in external surveys and rankings, including legal industry, employer recognition, and local business surveys and rankings
  • Collect, validate, and compile data for external submissions, ensuring accuracy and consistency across stakeholders
  • Lead the strategy and ongoing management of the firm’s employee recognition program, including the employee recognition platform
  • Monitor program utilization and effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve engagement and adoption
  • Plan and execute firmwide engagement initiatives, including Staff Appreciation Week, in coordination with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Talent Marketing and Communications to develop internal and external messaging and ensure the firm’s employer brand reflects the employee experiences
  • Partner with Office Administrators and internal stakeholders to coordinate employee events and respond to ad hoc engagement requests
