About The Position

The Employee Engagement Lead is responsible for delivering a cohesive and high-impact employee experience across onboarding, employee-driven communities, enterprise engagement initiatives, and workplace survey strategy. This role ensures employees are effectively integrated into the organization, connected to community and culture, and have meaningful opportunities to engage, provide feedback, and interact with leadership. The Lead translates employee insights into actionable strategies while aligning grassroots engagement efforts with enterprise priorities across a hybrid and multi-site workforce.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 6 years with a master’s degree, or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience in in employee engagement, onboarding, workplace survey administration, or program leadership.
  • Strong facilitation and event planning skills with experience delivering enterprise programs.
  • Experience working with employee-driven communities, networks, or grassroots engagement initiatives.
  • Experience managing engagement surveys and translating insights into action.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding programs across employee populations, including new hires, people leaders, and early career talent.
  • Ensure consistent onboarding experiences across hybrid, remote, and site-based employees.
  • Support early-tenure engagement and connection to organizational culture, colleagues, and resources.
  • Manage the Enterprise Engagement Council, bringing together leaders of employee-driven communities and site engagement leads.
  • Establish council structure, governance, and operating cadence.
  • Convene leaders to coordinate programming, share best practices, and align engagement efforts across the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to strengthen grassroots engagement across locations.
  • Ensure engagement activities are aligned with enterprise priorities and organizational guidelines.
  • Partner with leaders of employee-driven communities to support programming, communications, and event execution.
  • Support the enterprise workplace survey lifecycle, including planning, communications, and engagement campaigns.
  • Coordinate leadership listening sessions, action planning, and follow-up engagements.
  • Track progress on survey action plans and ensure visibility into outcomes and improvements over time.
  • Support and execute leadership engagement initiatives, including forums, listening sessions, and employee interactions with senior leaders.
  • Co-lead enterprise engagement initiatives in partnership with the Events & Recognition team.
  • Ensure engagement programming is coordinated across teams to maximize participation and impact.
  • Plan and execute engagement events across onboarding, employee-driven communities, survey initiatives, and leadership programming.
  • Coordinate logistics, communications, and participation tracking for onboarding and new employee engagement events, leadership engagements.
  • Track onboarding, community engagement, and survey metrics to assess program effectiveness.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to enhance employee experience.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to improve engagement outcomes.
