We are looking for a Senior Employee Engagement Manager who is responsible for developing strategy and driving programs that foster connection, inclusion, and high performance across the organization. This role is part of and supports Services Operations, which serves as the backbone of Apple Services, supporting all of the world’s content with expert quality and limitless scale. In this role, you will own and design initiatives, experiences, and communications that strengthen employee connection, amplify culture, and support business outcomes. This role also supports the wider Music, Sports, Beats, and International organization that leads core media products across Services. With support from the creative and product teams, you’ll drive the end-to-end execution of programs from inception to post-launch. This role will be critical in shaping a consistent and scalable program across teams.
