Summary The Employee Engagement Clerk supports the execution of employee engagement programs and initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, communication, and workplace culture. This role focuses on administrative coordination, event support, and assisting with engagement activities across the facility. Goal of the Role Support employee engagement initiatives by ensuring programs are executed effectively, improving communication, and increasing employee participation across the facility. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ year of administrative or clerical experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel)
  • Ability to work with a diverse workforce
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
  • Flexible to support multiple shifts as needed

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating employee engagement programs and initiatives
  • Distribute and track employee surveys
  • Support employee recognition programs and track nominations
  • Post and distribute communications (flyers, newsletters, TV boards)
  • Assist with event planning and setup
  • Support onboarding materials and new hire engagement
  • Maintain trackers, logs, and basic reports
  • Interact with employees to support engagement participation
  • Perform administrative tasks (scheduling, printing, filing)
  • Support engagement efforts across shifts, departments and leadership.
