This part-time position will require onsite presence at our facility in Highland Park. The Mission Office / Employee Engagement Coordinator leads and organizes the site Mission Office activities, and communicates the culture and the STRIDES values for all internal audiences. This position is responsible for facilitating staff development and education by promoting an environment where people are developed to explore and apply their potential to realize their dreams and develop in their vocation. Collaborates with corporate teams, reporting and documentation for the Site Mission activities, and supervises the execution of activities.
