About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Sales Executive to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business and managing client relationships within the Employee Benefits sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of employee benefits, and the ability to build and maintain a substantial book of business. The position is remote, with equipment provided. Travel is required as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events. The salary range is $150,000–$250,000, commensurate with experience and book size, and the role offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

Active Life & Health (L&H) license in California.
Minimum of 5+ years in Employee Benefits sales, with a proven ability to generate and manage a substantial book of business.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with real estate and technology industries.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow a book of business with a minimum revenue target of $750,000.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Employee Benefits sector, with a preference for clients in real estate or technology industries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
