The Employee Benefits Consultant is responsible for achieving annual new revenue objectives through consultative sales to new clients and expansion of service lines to existing clients. This role involves building an active pipeline of qualified prospects, documenting activity in CBIZ systems, and developing/presenting recommendations to clients. The consultant will also be responsible for closing new business, transitioning clients to the service team, and serving as a valued advisor to key client decision-makers. Additionally, the role requires identifying and supporting cross-serving leads, communicating market trends to leadership, and meeting annual sales goals.
