About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join a growing team. As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for end-to-end account management, including client-facing meetings, quoting new and renewal business, and working with a wide range of clients, including self-funded national employers. This position is ideal for a professional with 4-6 years of experience in employee benefits consulting who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in employee benefits consulting, with a proven track record of managing client accounts end-to-end.
Proficiency in EPIC software or similar account management tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Familiarity with self-funded national employers and a variety of account sizes and complexities.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support colleagues across teams.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end client relationships, including conducting client-facing meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Handle a wide range of accounts, from small businesses to self-funded national employers, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
Quote and manage both new and renewal business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless and efficient client experience.
Provide strategic guidance to clients on employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with their organizational goals.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Contribute to the growth of the company by identifying opportunities to expand the client base.
