This position is responsible for delivering employee services requiring knowledge of HR policies and procedures in such areas as salary and benefit administration, employee relations, wellness, or employee development; researching and providing solutions to the more difficult employee and retiree issues and concerns; working with all areas of HR to ensure effective employee services; and is accountable for participating in the HR value proposition to attract, develop, and retain high quality diverse employees for the corporation.

Requirements

Bachelor Degree OR 4 years’ experience in customer service or Human Resources
Service oriented and have desire to serve the customer.
Consultation, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Analytical, research and documentation skills.
Project management skills.
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the Workday System.
Knowledge of health insurance industry.
