About The Position

Warner Music Group (WMG) is seeking talented individuals for its Fall 2026 Emerging Talent Associate Program. This paid, semester-long internship program is designed to provide participants with hands-on experience in the music industry. Emerging Talent Associates (ETAs) will be immersed in the day-to-day activities of their assigned department, participate in strategic meetings, help solve key business issues, and contribute ideas. The program also includes developmental activities such as Professional Development Workshops, Industry Insights, and an Emerging Talent Associate Capstone Project. WMG is a global music company committed to fostering a work environment that values, appreciates, and respects everyone, encouraging applications from diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age by August 31, 2026.
Located within the United States for the duration of the program.
Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city.
A self-starter attitude with a genuine curiosity for our business.
Able to commit to a 20-25 hour work week.
Business & Legal Affairs placements are reserved for individuals actively pursuing a law degree.
Creative placements require submission of a creative portfolio for consideration.
