About The Position

Warner Music Group's Emerging Talent Associate Program is a paid, semester-long internship designed to provide individuals with the opportunity to apply their skills and gain hands-on experience in the music industry. The program matches interns to specific departments based on their interests and qualifications. Interns are fully immersed in the day-to-day activities of their assigned department, participating in strategic meetings, helping solve key business issues, and offering ideas and perspectives. The program also includes developmental activities such as Professional Development Workshops, Industry Insights, and the Emerging Talent Associate Capstone Project.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age by August 31, 2026.
Located within the United States for the duration of the program.
Have access to housing and transportation within the designated city.
A self-starter attitude with a genuine curiosity for our business.
Able to commit to a 20-25 hour work week.
Actively pursuing a law degree (for Business & Legal Affairs placements).
Submission of a creative portfolio for consideration (for Creative placements).
