The position combines the accessibility of an emergency shelter with the structure of a case management-focused transitional program, aiming to help guests move towards independent living. Employees provide direct support, encouragement, and accountability to adult guests while ensuring safety, structure, and security within the program. This role is ideal for individuals aligned with a faith-based mission and with foundational experience or exposure to behavioral health, including residential, mental health, addiction, or trauma-informed care.
