The Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC) with Paul Davis serves the community during critical times, consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events. This role involves cooperating with emergency response agencies and building customer loyalty through positive relationships. ERCs are dynamic speakers comfortable in various settings, thinking quickly and in a controlled manner to reassure property owners. The position offers autonomy after training, with opportunities for continuous learning and schedule control. Paul Davis is an industry leader in restoration and reconstruction, emphasizing customer service, dynamic decision-making, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Serve your community when it needs it the most
  • Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events
  • Cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities
  • Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer
  • Participate in restoration related community awareness events and programs
  • Proactively searches for, acts upon potential opportunities
  • Build foundational relationships based on trust
  • Actively listen
  • Sign mitigation work to stabilize and secure the structure and prevent further damage to the property
  • Develop a positive and trusting relationship with the property owner
  • Be familiar with assigned territory
  • Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need
  • Monitors interprets and responds to lead sources
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community
  • Volunteer non-operational time to related community events
  • On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled

  • Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner
  • Support franchisee and franchisor organizational mission, vision, and value statement

  • Base + commission. Our current ERCs yearly pay range from $50,000 to $100,000+ depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.
