About The Position

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking an Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC) in Denver, Colorado, to help homeowners restore their homes and peace of mind after unexpected damage. ERCs work directly with property owners after fire, water, or other emergency damage to assess needs and help begin the restoration process. They build trust with customers in stressful situations, provide guidance, and help generate business opportunities.

The role involves working with emergency response teams, insurance professionals, and community partners, and may include participating in local events to raise awareness of the company’s services. This is an on-call position that reports to the General Manager. The successful candidate is a confident communicator who builds relationships, remains calm under pressure, and brings customer service, sales, problem-solving, compassion, and professionalism to supporting customers through difficult situations.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant marketing or sales experience.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate customer service, sales, problem-solving, compassion, and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• 4–6 years of experience in franchising, restoration, construction or home improvement, fire services, EMS, and/or the insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads and communicate with potential customers in a timely manner.
• Educate customers on available services and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide support and resources to property owners after emergency events.
• Build and maintain positive relationships within the local community.
• Participate in community events and help promote services.
• Stay familiar with the assigned service area and available resources.
• Meet sales goals and support program growth.
• Maintain required certifications and follow company standards.
• Be available for scheduled on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
