Emergency Recovery Coordinator - Denver, CO
About The Position
Paul Davis Restoration is seeking an Emergency Recovery Coordinator to help homeowners restore their homes and peace of mind after unexpected damage. The coordinator works directly with property owners affected by fire, water, or other emergencies to assess needs, provide guidance, and help begin the restoration process. The role involves building trust with customers during stressful situations, supporting business development, and collaborating with emergency response teams, insurance professionals, and community partners. Coordinators may also participate in local events to raise awareness of services. This on-call role calls for a confident communicator who can build relationships, remain calm under pressure, and combine customer service, sales, problem-solving, compassion, and professionalism to provide customers with a positive experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant marketing or sales experience.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and demonstrate customer service, sales, problem-solving, compassion, and professionalism.
Nice To Haves
- 4–6 years of experience in franchising, restoration, construction/home improvement, fire services, EMS, and/or the insurance industry.
Responsibilities
- Respond to leads and communicate with potential customers in a timely manner.
- Educate customers on available services and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Provide support and resources to property owners after emergency events.
- Build and maintain positive relationships within the local community.
- Participate in community events and help promote services.
- Stay familiar with the assigned service area and available resources.
- Meet sales goals and support program growth.
- Maintain required certifications and follow company standards.
- Be available for scheduled on-call shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
