About The Position
Established program seeks a BC/BE physician to join a busy community Emergency Department serving over 100,000 residents in central Pennsylvania. This is a full-time position with a schedule of twelve 12-15 hour shifts per month. The department is covered by one physician from 6 am to 6 pm and another from 6 pm to 6 am, with dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) support daily from 11 am to 9 pm. The facility is PCI-capable with 24/7 STEMI coverage and offers strong specialty backup from Hospitalists, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Urology, Cardiology, and Anesthesia.
Requirements
- BC/BE physician
- Licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania
- Ability to work 12-15 hour shifts per month
- Experience in Emergency Medicine
