Responsibilities include performing daily Department of Emergency Medicine administrative support. Provides advice and information regarding established policy and procedures to faculty and staff. Plans and coordinates division meetings. Accountable to the Senior Administrator in ensuring all departmental and organizational policies, process and procedures are followed. Specifically support ED/UCC providers and conducts tasks such as: MD/APP scheduling, travel arrangements, managing resumes/CVs, Assists with time keeping, provides reporting, transcription/manuscripts, credentialing/licensing support, invoice preparation/submission, etc. These statements are intended to describe the essential functions of the job and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
