As an Intermediate/ Senior Specialist (Emergency Management), you will play a meaningful role within our Environmental Group. Working with an energetic and high-performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in leading the delivery of Emergency Preparedness (EP) services such as regulatory/ response planning, hazard and risk assessments, training and exercises for environmental response (oil/chemical), Incident Command System (ICS) management. You will also conduct consequence modelling using a variety of software programs, lead the preparation of technical correspondence, project proposals, technical reports, evaluations and lessons learned reports, and ICS documentation (All ICS forms [EPA, USCG]), and work plans. Additionally, you will assist in gap assessment and program review of client emergency management programs, support business development with existing as well as new clients, including assisting with proposal pursuits, lead or support project management activities including cost and budget tracking, scheduling, client communication and liaising, and preparation and implementation of scopes of work, and support training and mentoring of junior staff.
