About The Position
Responsible for supporting the Emergency Department clinical team in providing patient care. The role includes maintaining environmental readiness, assisting with procedures and care, carrying out specific duties, and communicating effectively. The technician also supports departmental initiatives, including patient throughput and customer service initiatives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current New Jersey EMT certification or eligibility for reciprocity; EMT certification is required.
- BLS certification.
Nice To Haves
- Previous Emergency Department technician experience.
- NREMT certification.
