About The Position
Baptist Health is seeking to add an Emergency Department Technician to our Emergency Department at Baptist Medical Center Clay located in Fleming Island. This is a full-time, Night shift opportunity. As an Emergency Department Technician, you will be responsible for assisting RNs in the Emergency Department with the care of patients who have healthcare needs including activities of daily living. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe environment, collecting lab specimens, Intake and Output monitoring, Electronic medical record documentation, and working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Required
- Licensed EMT or CNA Required
Nice To Haves
- Associate of Arts/Science Preferred
Responsibilities
