About The Position
Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a part-time Emergency Department Technician/EMT or Paramedic to join their Emergency Services team. This role involves providing excellent quality care to patients of all ages in a high-energy, patient-centered environment. The Emergency Department is a Level II ACS-verified Trauma Center, a Stroke Center with 24/7 neuro-interventional capabilities, and a Chest Pain Center with 24/7 interventional cardiac catheterization lab capabilities. The department has received the 2023 Emergency Nurses Association Lantern Award for excellence.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalency
- National Registry Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (NREMT) or Wisconsin Emergency Medical Technician - Basic (EMT-B)
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers
Nice To Haves
- Prior work experience in an emergency or pre-hospital setting is strongly preferred
