About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both adult and pediatric treatment within a large facility environment. This position plays a critical role in delivering high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced, high-acuity setting.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric nursing experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-stress environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a Level 1 trauma center is preferred.
• TNCC and ENPC certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessments and establish nursing diagnoses for patients in the Emergency Department.
• Administer medications and treatments as per established guidelines and protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient condition and respond swiftly to any changes in status.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
