About The Position

The RN - RN Designee implements and coordinates resident care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare personnel. The role uses the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to support overall resident care. Registered Nurses make timely rounds to promote continuity of care and document pertinent information about residents’ care, observations, condition, and behavior.

Requirements

A current RN license is required.

Responsibilities

Implement and coordinate care in collaboration with physicians and resource healthcare personnel.
Direct resident care, including making timely rounds to ensure continuity of care.
Document pertinent information regarding resident care and observations of residents’ overall condition and behavior.
Use the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to ensure overall resident care.
