About The Position

Cin7 is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to own email creation in HubSpot. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, this hands-on role builds, tests, and schedules emails for prospects, customers, and partners, including newsletters, event invitations, product announcements, and nurture campaigns. The specialist turns campaign briefs and copy from across the marketing team into polished, accurate, on-brand emails; builds lists and segments; uses test results and performance data to improve future emails; and keeps the email calendar and approval process running smoothly. The role also includes creating simple graphics in Canva when the graphic designer is occupied with larger projects, and collaborating with a small team and colleagues across time zones. The specialist will create workflow-based drip campaigns, automated nurtures for demos, free trials, and lifecycle stages, one-off campaigns, webinar promotion series, and a monthly newsletter. The position supports email communication across a variety of campaign types and audiences, with responsibility for testing, scheduling, measurement, compliance, and organization of reusable email assets.
