Email Marketing Manager

Fresh Prints, an NYC-based custom apparel startup, is seeking a Growth Marketer to manage and build an overall email marketing strategy, design and execute email marketing campaigns, collaborate with the creative team to develop email content, graphics, and messaging that drive engagement and conversions, and consistently run A/B experiments to optimize open, click-through, and conversion rates across the funnel. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience with email marketing, campaigns, workflows, A/B testing, conversion rate/funnel optimization, and deliverability, and be willing to take ownership of projects, be super attentive to details, be proactive, can stay calm under pressure, and execute on tight deadlines. This is a WFH role and could be based anywhere in India, with working hours being Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 12:30 AM IST.

• Manage and build an overall email marketing strategy
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop email content, graphics, and messaging that drive engagement and conversions
• Consistently run A/B experiments to optimize open, click-through, and conversion rates across the funnel
• Proof and QA campaigns to ensure a 100% error-free execution
• Analyze and report on campaign performance
• Find creative solutions to grow the email database
• Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and contact strategies to maximize the performance of key segments
• Follow and maintain best practices to keep email deliverability high
• Work with the rest of the Growth team to test, refine, and develop revenue funnels

• 2+ years of experience with email marketing and funnel optimization
• Proficient in using email marketing and automation tools like Iterable, Hubspot, etc
• Excellent communication skills - Fluency in English is a must
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
• Strong time management & prioritization skills
• Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work
• Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects
