Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience within email marketing design, preferably high-growth, e–commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
  • Strong knowledge of Figma
  • Experience with Email Marketing Systems (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Sendlane, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem solving and critical-thinking capability
  • Ability to execute a project from start to finish independently
  • Ability to adapt and be agile as needed in a fast-paced, growing environment

Nice To Haves

  • Shopify experience preferred
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage email campaigns from daily campaigns to automations
  • Source the appropriate assets, including photos, videos, and GIFs, to enhance email content.
  • Develop and implement new design opportunities to deliver targeted and personalized campaigns.
  • Coordinate with other marketing team members to gather assets, coordinate messaging, and ensure the smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Ensure all email templates meet quality standards, technical requirements, and have cross-device compatibility.
  • Maintain a current understanding and application of email design best practices.
  • Work closely with the Email Marketing Manager and greater marketing team to help set up and optimize journeys and drip campaigns.
  • Provide A/B test design variants to continually improve our email program.
  • Design and execute personalized campaigns based on customer behavior, purchase history, and segmentation
  • Optimize email layouts for clarity, hierarchy, and performance
  • Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously while maintaining quality
