About The Position

Our clients rely on us to create engaging email campaigns that drive conversions and revenue. We're seeking a skilled email marketing designer who understands both the aesthetic and functional requirements of high-converting email campaigns. The ideal candidate will create visually appealing designs while ensuring they follow email marketing best practices for deliverability and conversion.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of email design experience
• Strong portfolio of email marketing campaigns
• Understanding of email design best practices and limitations
• Experience with responsive email design
• Knowledge of deliverability considerations
• Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Understanding of CTA placement and hierarchy principles
• Strong attention to detail and quality control

Nice To Haves

• Experience designing for Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or other ESPs
• A/B testing experience for email design elements
• Knowledge of e-commerce email marketing
• HTML/CSS skills for email templates
• Experience with animated GIFs or interactive elements in email

• Design engaging, on-brand email templates for various clients
• Create responsive designs that work across all devices and email clients
• Develop email graphics, banners, and CTA buttons
• Implement brand guidelines consistently across campaigns
