About The Position

About CrucialPoint CrucialPoint Agency is a precision retention marketing agency trusted by 7-, 8-, and 9-figure D2C brands. We specialize in email, SMS, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing. We move fast, hold ourselves to a high bar, and our team is lean by design. The Role We’re looking for an Email Marketing Copywriter who lives and breathes D2C copy. You’ll write high-converting emails for our clients — flows, campaigns, and sequences that are strategic, on-brand, and built to drive revenue.

Requirements

• Solid, professional English — written and spoken
• 2 years + of proven email marketing copywriting experience for D2C US based brands (with results to show for it).
• Ability to work at least 4 hours within US Mountain Time business hours daily
• Self-starter mentality — scrappy, resourceful, able to run with minimal direction

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar ESP platforms

Responsibilities

• Writing email copy (flows, campaigns, promotional sends) for D2C brands
• Adapting voice and tone across multiple brand identities
• Collaborating with strategists and designers to bring emails to life
• Optimizing copy based on A/B test results and performance data
• Meeting deadlines with minimal supervision
