The Marketing Automation Manager is responsible for the UPS Supply Chain Solutions’ (SCS) email marketing program, advancing global marketing automation and email strategies and programs of moderate complexity; configuring and managing the marketing automation tool; creating and maintaining creative and program templates; managing the health, cleanliness, and integrity of data used in marketing automation/email programs; ensuring adherence to all compliance standards, and managing employee(s) and vendor(s). These efforts are designed to engage customers at specific stages of their lifecycle journey, improve UPS’s brand relevance position, and contribute to engagement KPIs and/or marketing automation revenue goals for which the Marketing Automation Manager is held responsible. This role works closely within the SCS Digital Marketing team to advance business initiatives, and partners with other email groups for enterprise-wide initiatives, database management, and compliance.
