Email Designer

Superpower•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

Superpower is hiring an Email Designer to own the design of emails sent to members throughout their journey, including lifecycle flows, onboarding, results notifications, product launches, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and transactional emails. The designer will make emails visually polished, easy to understand, and effective at encouraging action. The role works closely with the design and content teams: content provides copy and strategy, while design establishes brand standards. The Email Designer translates these into effective email experiences, helps maintain and extend the brand system through reusable email components and templates, and contributes to marketing campaigns or product launches when needed. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, fast iteration, performance-informed design, and direct feedback. Superpower describes itself as a health system working to extend and enhance human life. Its work has developed from lab testing to data aggregation and digital twins, an AI doctor, and peptides. The company reports growing tenfold while halving customer acquisition cost over the past six months, and says it is preparing for further growth. It welcomes talent globally and offers visa sponsorship and potential relocation support to the United States for suitable candidates.
